Terms of Service

1. What we provide

BizBrand Credibility (“we”) writes press releases and distributes them through third-party newswire networks to news websites. We provide a proof page, badge and related marketing materials as described in your package. Publication is not independent editorial coverage, and no outlet endorses you or your business.

2. Your content and approvals

• You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any images, logos and quotes.
• You must approve the final release before we publish it. Your approval confirms the release is accurate.
• We may decline or edit content that conflicts with our publication standards or our partners’ policies.

3. Distribution

Outlet counts and premium outlets are delivered through our distribution partners. Publishers control their own websites and may decline, edit, move or remove content. Where an outlet in a package or add-on is unavailable, we substitute an equivalent outlet or refund that add-on.

4. Link verification

We check reported placements at publication and again at 30 and 90 days. If a reported link stops working within 90 days of publication, we republish or replace it at no cost. This is your sole remedy for links that stop working.

5. Payment and refunds

• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are added at payment.
• If you do not approve the draft after the included revisions, or if our partners decline your release before publication, we refund your payment in full.
• Once a release is published, it cannot be withdrawn from every outlet, so published orders are not refundable.

6. Badges and proof pages

You may display your badge and link to your proof page. You agree not to describe placements as editorial features, interviews or endorsements, and not to use outlet or network logos to imply endorsement.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI assistant results, traffic, leads, revenue or social media verification.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
